Devalbod Integrated Concepts Limited commenced operations under it is own name in Nigeria in 2008. Prior to that date it conducted business\/training in the country under a company named Prime Safeway Builders Ltd. The company was established to provide technical expertise to the country in planned neighborhoods development and management, and construction of quality residential homes.<\/p>

Due to large capital required to having world-class infrastructures for any master planned neighborhood or estate, the company provides financing services to the developers. Devalbod Integrated Concepts Limited is made up of a team of professionals with excellent years of experience in construction and project management. Mr. Valentine, an engineer entered the construction industry out of a passion about 15 years ago \u2013 very early in his life. The desire to have quality homes in Nigeria inspired them to establish Devalbod Integrated Concepts Limited. Such homes serve as the reference for all future residents of the estate.
